Natural cure for dandruff control by mixing coconut oil and lemon juice

The human body sheds dead skin cells constantly, and cells dying and flaking off the scalp is quite a normal phenomenon too. But when the scalp sheds an excessive amount of dead cells, the problem gives rise to dandruff. Since you have flaky dandruff, it implies that you scalp is excessively dry. However, dandruff is also caused when the scalp is excessively oily and sticky, and this cannot be completely ruled out. There are many underlying factors that trigger dandruff: an imbalanced diet, stress, pollution, fatigue, and exposure to extreme weather, to name a few. Using hair products that don’t suit your hair and excessive use of styling products like gel, mousse and spray can also cause dandruff. If you make sure that you keep yourself away from all these chemical products, you will be less likely to have an itchy and flaky scalp thereby controlling dandruff. Also, dandruff is usually accompanied by a severe itch, but scratching only worsens the problem – therefore you should avoid scratching your scalp.
While these preventive measures are quite effective, you can also implement some home remedies to control dandruff problem to a great extent. Hot oil treatment is one of the most effective treatments for dandruff. Mix coconut oil and lemon juice, heat them up for a few seconds, and massage your scalp with this mix. Then wet a towel in hot water, squeeze the water out, and wrap this towel around your head. Let it stay for about 30 minutes, and then wash your hair with a good shampoo. Do this at least once a week, and you should be able get rid of dandruff in a few weeks. You can also rub hot oil into your scalp at night and let it stay overnight. The next morning, an hour before taking a shower, apply lemon juice and vinegar on your scalp with a cotton swab. Shampoo your hair, and then as a final rinse, mix the juice of one lemon in half a cup of hot water and wash your head with it. Follow this regime twice a week for about three months to get rid of dandruff for good.

HAIR CARE!

Hair needs nourishment. Styling products, high heat appliances and the stress of everyday life saps hair’s natural nourishment. Conditioners, oils and treatments can help restore hair back to health. Light conditioners can help reduce frizz and make hair more manageable while deep conditioners go deep into the hair’s cortex to give it the nourishment it lacks. Serum treatments are specialized treatments that address specific needs that your hair may have.

Conditioners come in a variety of styles. Some are rinsed and others are left in the hair. The leave in conditioners are helpful if your hair needs protection from heat, weather or the environment. There are conditioners to add volume, reduce frizz, smooth and protect and help your color from fading. Leave in conditioners are valuable protective treatments for hair that is exposed to high heat and extreme environmental factors. Harsh chemicals in bleach and hair color can leave hair dry and limp. By using a good quality conditioner, you can help to bring your hair back to life.

Serum oils can rebuild hair by nourishing the inner cortex and smoothing the outer cuticle layer. Unlike conditioners, serum oils can reach deep into the hair’s structure and stay there adding moisture and manageability. Another valuable conditioning treatment is a hair mask. Hair masks coat the hair and deliver intense moisture and nourishment. Special shampoo and conditioners designed just for kids keep their hair healthy without harsh chemicals that can irritate their scalp and eyes.

UNDERSTANDING COLOUR!

Basic Colour Theory:
Had a hair disaster and looking to fix it? Follow this 'colour wheel' guide and you'll be on your way to understanding what went wrong and how you can fix it..so read on my friends..
The colour wheel is extremely important when you are deciding to colour your hair or anyone else's. Stylists often refer to it to determine a shade of colour or in most cases to fix a colour. Opoosite colours on the colour wheel (ex. orange and blue) contradict one another. Say you just bleached your hair and surprise its orange, you want to fix it. What you want to do to tone out the orange would be to opt for a haircolour that has blue as a base colour. This colour wheel is an excellent guide for determining colour.

A TRUTH ABOUT DRUG STORE HAIR DYES!

There are thousands if not millions of us out there who have tried these drug store box dyes and ended up with a result that we weren't expecting. If you decide to box colour your hair try to stick within 1-2 shades of the colour you currently have now, if not your pretty much setting yourself up for an epic failure resulting in more cash being spent trying to fix it. And as we all know money usually doesn't grow on trees and it could get quite expensive, depending on how badly the outcome is. Not only that, if you do achieve a colour that you like chances are it will start to fade a few weeks later also resulting in more costs to upkeep. The reason that these "box dyes" have such vast undetermined results is because these dyes contain metallic salts. They have been literally using this ingredient since it was first created. Now, in order for a colour to last it has to actually penetrate into the hair cuticle. And it doesnt even come close. What it actually does is coat the hair cuticle which basically means that all it's done is stain it.
There is no way it can last, even with all the false claims they advertise on television and the side of the box it's packaged in. It may be much cheaper than actually visiting the salon but in the long run it's just ending up costing you as much unfortunetly. The bonus of visiting your hair salon for your colourings is that these stylists are actually trained and certified and can actually customize the perfect colour for you. Because believe me there's alot more to the hair colouring process then what meets the eye. Also salon's carry only the best hair colouring manufacturer's such as Redken and Wella..and guess what!? These dyes actually penetrate your hair cuticle, fantastic right!? I hope this article educated you a little more on "box hair dyes"..

YOUR PERFECT EYE-SHADOW SHADE!

Always wondering what shade of eyeshadow would look great with your eye colour!? Well read on.. Blue eyes - When it comes to having the largest selection of eyeshadow colours to wear the blue eyes definetly take the lead. Blue eyed people generally look best in pale to medium blues, pale pinks, violets, purples, deep or midnight blues, turquoise and teal, bronze, copper, peach and grey shades. Try to leaving the darker shades for evening looks and the lighter shades for daytime.Green Eyes - Green eyes are beautiful and you can play them up very well when you choose the right shades. Green eyed people should generally avoid the pale pinks and blues because unfortunetly they do nothing to amp up those pretty greens. Try sticking to plums, purples, violets, browns (chocolate tones look amazing!), copper's, gold's, apricots and taupes. Again leave the darker shades for evening wear and the lighter shades for daytime. Brown Eyes - Well unfortunetly brown eyed people have the least amount of colours to choose from...but wait! That's perfectly okay because brown eyed people generally have beautiful skin! Instead of generally playing up the eyes play up your amazing skin...get the bronzed look going, amp up the cheeks with some blush or focus on your lips. The best eye colours for brown eyed people are browns ( i know, that's obvious), purples, greens and bronzes.

HOW TO GET STRAIGHT HAIR LIKE A PRO.....

Pin Straight! Bad hair days are impossible when you've got straight hair that's perfectly in place. Pin straight hair is easily achieveable with any type of hair, you've just got to have the right tools. For more tips on how to to get your as straight as can be read on.. Instead of starting with damp hair it's best to start this style with previously washed and dryed hair. You can either blow-dry or let air dry but I would recommend to let air dry. You'll save your hair some stress if you leave out the blow-dryer and depending on your length you'll only have to wait a few hours. Try washing it at night and straightening while your getting ready for work to reduce the amount of time it takes to do your daily routine. Next you'll want to spray on a thermal protectant and some hair serum. Staighten hair in 1/4 inch sections beginning at the base of your hair line working your way up. Try using a brush or comb in front of the straightening iron. And voila! Enjoy! Also for best results use a professional flat iron. Look for one around $50 and above anything under that price range won't give salon results. Chi's are the absolute best, they are afforadable and most come with a warranty. You could also try beauty outlets that are open to the public such as a SALLY'S...

BLAZER

The blazer: A single-breasted, reefer-style, navy blue blazer dressed with brass buttons.
blazer is a type of jacket, worn as smart casual dress. The term blazeroccasionally is synonymous with boating jacket and sports jacket, two different garments. A blazer resembles a suit coat cut more casually — sometimes with flap-less patch pockets and metal buttons. A blazer's cloth is usually durable (14oz.), because it is an outdoor sports jacket. Stylistically, blazers often are uniformgarments, i.e. airlineschool, and yachting, and rowing clubs.
The term blazer identifies two distinct jackets; the first, original blazer, was a single-breasted boat club jacket, worn for rowing, of brightly-coloured, often striped cloth, with contrasting piping; essentially an early sports jacket. The second blazer is a fitted, classically-cut, double-breasted navy blue jacket, originally called reefer jacket, now an occasional usage. As men discontinued wearing the original boat-club blazer, the term then applied solely to the double-breasted naval version dressed with metal buttons; the military originals were black.[1]
